Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes. 100% of your donation is tax deductible. Stepping Stone is a registered 501c3 non-profit, Tax ID #20-3226868.

Will I get a receipt for my donation?

Yes. If you come to Stepping Stone to drop off a non-monetary donation, you will fill your own receipt to take with you. If you give a monetary donation, a receipt will be promptly mailed to you.

What kinds of donations do you accept?

Can I specify how my donation is used?

Absolutely! We hold all donations, regardless of amount, with great respect. If you designate how your donation should be used, we respect and will honor your request.

How is my donation used if I don’t designate a specific purpose?

If your donation is not designated to a specific program and item, it will be placed in our general operating budget.
